Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and online services operated at autorig.online and related domains (collectively, the “Service”) by the operator of AutoRig Online (“we,” “us,” or the “Operator”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If these Terms are made available in more than one language, the English version controls in case of conflict, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
The User Agreement (including licenses for processing your models, previews, and promotional use) applies alongside these Terms and is incorporated by reference.
1. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
2. The Service
The Service provides automated 3D character rigging and related processing (including generation of outputs such as rigged models, animations, previews, and packaged downloads). Features may change; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. You are responsible for credentials, API keys, and activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service in violation of applicable law; (b) upload or process content you do not have the right to submit; (c) attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent security or technical limits; (d) scrape or automate access in a way that violates our documentation or robots.txt where applicable; (e) reverse engineer the Service except where mandatory law allows.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, branding, documentation, and compilations (excluding your uploaded content) are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in the User Agreement, no rights are granted to you.
6. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party tools or link to third-party sites. Those are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for third-party content or services.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs will meet your requirements or be free of defects.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms. Our aggregate liability for damages arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD 50), except where mandatory law prohibits such limitation.
9. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s law. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country grants you non-waivable rights to bring claims elsewhere.

13. Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
